How to Use

1. Power Button Operation:

   • Press the top button for high-level heating.

   • Press the middle button to turn off the power.

   • Press the bottom button for low-level heating.

2. Heating Mode Control (Temperature Range: 86°F-140°F/30°C–60°C):

   • Select HI for high heat: maintains a constant 131°F(55°C); automatically shuts off at 140°F(60°C).

   • Select LO for low heat: maintains a constant 113°F(45°C); resumes heating when temperature drops to 41°F(5°C).

3. Temperature Adjustment Knob:

   • Turn to HI for high-temperature mode (constant 131°F/55°C).

   • Turn to LO for low-temperature mode (constant 113°F/45°C).

   • Set to the middle position for low-level heating.

Note: This product must be used with the vehicle's engine running.

• Always disconnect the heater when not in use to preserve battery life.

  1. All items are dispatched from our demostic warehouse in CA, GA or NJ, America.

  2. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. 

  3. If you're given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order. We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we don't offer a pick-up option.

  4. Please note: Some products maybe dispatched in more than one carton, they may arrive at different time. If you only received partial box please don't worry, contact us and we will tell you where are the rest packages.

  Returns

  We accept returns, Please contact our customer service team immediately if:

  1. You changed your mind and wish to request a return;

  2. Your product was damaged during transit;

  3. You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchase;

  4. You're not satisfied with any product that you have purchased.

  Please note all returns must be directed to through Customer Service, please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. 

  If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. 

  Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund incases where you changed your mind and wish to return the product. This also applies to order cancelled while in transit.
